killing music is led by Grettel Killing. Grettel is an Estonian–UK–based music professional working at the intersection of music business strategy and music creation. With a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music from the Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester) and a Master’s degree in Music Business from Tileyard Education (London, UK), she combines artistic practice with a strong understanding of the contemporary music industry.

As the founder of killing music, Grettel manages and consults artists on career strategy, business development, and creative direction, representing award-winning acts including NOËP and Karl Killing. Alongside her management and consultancy work, Grettel is an active vocal arranger and backing vocalist, contributing to live and studio projects internationally - including Estonia’s 8th-place result at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. Based in the UK, she performs with Garage Classical and as a backing vocalist for Mica Millar, appearing at major venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Barbican, and sharing stages with artists including Emeli Sandé, Craig David, Sugababes, and Paloma Faith.

In parallel with her work with artists, Grettel serves as Project Manager for UNESCO Tallinn City of Music, supporting the development and international visibility of Tallinn’s music sector through collaboration, cultural initiatives, and industry-facing projects. Nominated for Artist Manager of the Year in 2024, she brings a full-circle perspective shaped equally by strategic decision-making behind the scenes and hands-on execution within the music itself.
